Philamaison's mission is to find properties with high equity at a discount and resell at a discount for a profit.

The savings is passed on to the end buyer. The owners of the properties that we assist are granted quick closings, most times 30 days or less. We also, in most cases, are dealing with cash buyers, which are more appealing, given this current economic state. The properties usually are unwanted, tax delinquent and vacant. We have a three pronged approach for our clients:

a. We inspect the property and evaluate if we can take ownership of it.
b. If it is more suitable for investor, or partners we present it to them via pictures and showings
c. If the property is most suitable to be listed, we partner with licensed realtors that that can accomodate our clients' needs
